Scramble the eggs.


In a small bowl, lightly beaten the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Saute Onion and Garlic


In the same wok, pour oil and saute your onion and garlic until translucent.

Cook the bitter melon


Add the sliced bitter melon and stir fry for 2 minutes. Then add your ousyer sauce and soy sauce. Stir fry for a few more minutes.

Return the bitter melon.


Stir in the scramble eggs back to the wok. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
