This Puto Cheese is so soft, fluffy, light, and definitely better tasting than the store brought Puto mix in a box but equally easy to make and more affordable. Make this as a perfect kakanin if you are looking for a snack or dessert during special occasions or anytime you want.

Cheese Puto

1. Sift the dry ingredients

2. Combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl. Then add the dry ingredients together

3. Pour the ube puto batter into the molder and steam for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Add the slices of cheese and steam for 1 more minute until the cheese is slightly melted.
