Let's Start with Ingredients and  Instructions 


Boil the meat with salt, peppercorn, and aromatics until tender.

Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Sitr everything until the mayonnaise is smooth.

Broil or deep fry the meat until brown and crispy.

Chop the onion, red chili and cooked meat as tiny as possible.

In a bowl, add the chopped meat, mayonnaise dressing, and all the remaining ingredients.

Taste test and adjust the seasonings. Ready to serve!
