Cook your noodles and drain in a colander.
Cook the chicken.
Saute the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the seafood mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the carrots and cabbage and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until they are cirsp-tender.
Adjust your seasoning according to your taste. Enjoy!
