Ingredients

Save the kimchi juice and chop the kimchi in tiny pieces.

Add anchovies and garlic to the pot. Bring the liquid to a boil.

Take out the anchovies. Add your chopped kimchi and cook for a few minutes.

Add the noodles and the sauce.

Add the bean sprouts and cook for 3-5 minutes over medium-high heat.
