In a wok over high heat, cook onion and garlic in cooking oil until translucent.

Toss in all the shrimp, vegetables, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add the miki egg noodles, stir and cook for 5 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper accordingly.
