This Watermelon Refresher only needs 3 ingredients and it takes less than 5 minutes to make. You can enjoy it as a delicious and nutritious drink that is full of vitamin C and no added sweeteners that is good enough to punch this summer heat in the face!
Prep the ingredients. Slice up your seedless watermelon (little white seeds will blend up fine) into small cubes.
Blend. Transfer them into a blender or food processor and blend quickly until they become puree. Be sure there are no chunks left.
Strain. If you prefer a totally smooth, thinner drink, pour the watermelon juice mixture through a fine mesh sieve to strain out any excess pulp.
Chill. Add mints to infuse, refrigerate to chill, and enjoy!

Make it Sweeter: Add more orange juice, stevia, or maple syrup. Start with a small amount and add more according to your desired sweetness.
Make it an alcoholic drink: Adding tequila or vodka can make this a boost drink. I love this drink during the afternoon to relax.
Frosty - You can use frozen watermelon to make this a slushy watermelon drink. You may want to let the frozen watermelon leave at room temperature for a few minutes before blending.
Add fruits - Add strawberries, apples, or pineapple to make this a healthier drink.
Storage - Store your watermelon refresher in a mason jar or any glass with a lid in the refrigerator for a week. You can also freeze it for a long time. To thaw, move it to the refrigerator the night before or leave it on the countertop for a few hours until it turns back to liquid. Enjoy!
