- Chocolate Bar - Chop into smaller pieces to melt faster and easier.

- Melt your coconut oil and chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds or longer. You can also melt it using a saucepan on low heat on the stovetop.
- In a food processor, combine almonds, cashews, cocoa powder, and 15 dates and start to pulse a few times. Add a few more dates and start to pulse or blend until everything is in tiny pieces. Add the rest of the dates and blend to get the right sticky consistency.
- Spread the dough into a baking dish and flatten it forming a rectangle shape. You can use your hand or put a parchment paper on the top and use a rolling pin.
- Spread the melted chocolate on top. You can top it with coconut flakes or almonds for toppings. Refrigerate and let it cool down and let the chocolate set for about 30 minutes.
- Slice the bars and cut them into 12-16 pieces or more depending on your portion sizes.
Storage Tips
