Filipino Carbonara

Filipino carbonara is a unique take on the classic Italian pasta dish. It uses the same basic ingredients - pasta, eggs, cheese, bacon or pancetta, and black pepper - but has some distinctly Filipino twists.

Fry the bacon and set it aside.

Saute the aromatics.

Add the mushrooms and cook until it softens..

Add the cream and let it simmer.

Add the cook bacon and half of the parmessan cheese.

Serve while its warm.
