This Kimchi Tuna Fried Rice Recipe is vibrant and delicious fried rice using leftover rice, Korean kimchi, canned tuna, and Asian seasoning to create a perfect balance flavor by blending all the ingredients.

Ingredients for Kimchi Fried Rice

Fry the garlic in a wok with hot oil.

Toss in the leftover rice and soy sauce. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes. If you want some chard, stir-fry this in high heat.

Add the kimchi, canned tuna, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Stir fry for a few more minutes.

Taste test and adjust the seasonings, Serve with  chopped green onion on top.
