Ingredients
  

  • 1 large English cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon Korean red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 stalks green onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • First, chop the cucumber, green onion, and mince the garlic.
  • Combine the Korean red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame seeds together.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes or more. Enjoy!
