Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium yellow onion chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces mushroom sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower chopped
  • 1 large carrot sliced thinly
  • 2 cups cabbage chopped
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce more if needed
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat cooking oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add ground turkey, salt and black pepper then stir fry until the meat turned light brown. Breaking it up with a spatula or wooden spoon as you cook
  • Turn the heat on high. Add the mushrooms and stir fry for 3 minutes while stirring oftern.
  • Add in brocooli, cauliflower and carrots. Stir fry for 2-4 minutes in high heat.
  • Add cabbage with soy sauce, sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds. Stir fry for 3 minutes until all the vegetables are cook. Adjust your seasoning accordingly. Serve and enjoy!
