Ingredients
  

  • 5 pounds swiss chard powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash swiss chard greens for a few times until clean through. Remove the middle stems and transfer them into dehydrator tray.
  • Set your dehydrator to 125-130F and let the greens dehydrate. It depends on the volume and brand of your dehydrator, about 6-8 hours. Be sure to check from time to time. They are ready when they they crumble easily between your fingers.
  • Using a blender, food processor or mortar and pestle, pulse then blend until they turn into powder. Transfer the green powder in a glass container.

You can use other leafy greens such as kale, spinach, and lettuce to make leafy greens. 
Make sure to dry them completely using towel to dehydrate faster.
