String Beans Adobo is a Filipino dish made with long beans (sitaw) cooked in a flavorful mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and other spices. It is a popular vegetable dish in the Philippines and is often served with rice.



Step 1

Saute onion and garlic.

Step 2

Add the pork and cook until light brown to golden brown.

Step 3

Toss in the green beans an, brown sugar  and soy sauce and cook for a few minutes

Taste and adjust your seasonings according to your taste.

Best serve and enjoy with rice.
