Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix

Wet Ingredients

  • cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup cooking oil
  • ¼ cup milk

Other ingredients

  • cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F or 177C. Grease a metal 4×14 or 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray or cooking oil. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder, pumpkin spice mix, and brown and granulated sugar. Mix well until everything is well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, cooking oil together. Mix well.
  • Combine wet ingredients into the dry ingredients together in one bowl. Mix well until everything is well incorporated but do not overmix. Fold in chocolate chips and raisins.
  • Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in preheated oven for an hour.
  • Transfer into cooking rack to cool then slice and serve!

Notes

Recipe Notes:

To check if the bread is ready, insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean then your pumpkin chocolate chip and raisin bread is ready.
You can add more toppings such as pecans and walnuts, or you can totally skip the chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts.
