Let's begin the recipe, wash the zucchini and cut off the ends. Then cut it into slices. There is no need to peel the zucchini, but you can if you prefer it that way.
Combine the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and dried oregano together.
In a bowl, combine the sliced zucchini and olive oil mixture together.
