Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound imitation crab meat stick shredded
  • cup Japanese mayonnaise
  • ½ large cucumber sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Shred the crab stick into thin strands by pulling them apart by hand. Or, for a faster method, use a fork and run it along the length of the crab stick while holding onto the other end with your hand. Sliced the cucumber thinly and chopped the green onions.
  • Combine all the ingredients together. Mix everything until well-coated. Taste and adjust the seasoning accordingly. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve and enjoy.
