Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium avocados peeled and pitted
  • tablespoons lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  • Squeeze 1-2 tablespoons of fresh lemon or lime, drizzle avocado oil, and sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, you can add water and continue blending until you get the desired consistency.
  • Taste test and adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
  • Transfer the avocado mayo to a container. Enjoy!

Notes

Recipe Note:

You can add more herbs such as basil, parsley, or chives according to your taste.
You can add a little red pepper or cayenne if you want extra spicy.
