  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup green onion chopped
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Chopped green onion into tiny pieces. Lightly beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the beaten eggs. Mix well.
  • In a small frying pan, heat avocado oil. Fry about half a cup of the egg mixture for a few minutes on each side until you reach your desired doneness.
