Ingredients
  

  • 2 large mangoes diced
  • 2 cups pineapple diced
  • 1 cup Roma tomatoes diced
  • cup red onion diced
  • 1 large jalapeno diced
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the fruits and vegetables. Dice the onion, jalapeno, tomatoes, pineapple, and mango into small pieces. Be sure to remove the seeds of tomatoes and jalapeno pepper. Chop the cilantro leaves.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Squeeze the lime juice and sprinkle salt to taste. Let it set for about 10 minutes to allow all the flavors to meld in, or serve immediately. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes:

Store your pineapple mango pico de Gallo in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. It will release more juice from all the ingredients combined, and it tastes better the next day.
