This quick and easy Pork and Asparagus Stir-fry takes less than 15 minutes to make! The tender and moist pork and tender-crisp asparagus dish is a perfect dinner idea for a busy weeknight meal.
Marinate the pork tenderloin slices with 1½ tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon brown sugar for 30 minutes or longer.
Preheat a wok or skillet and pour 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Let the oil heat up over high heat and stir-fry the marinated pork. Stir fry the meat until golden brown, stir continously.
Add the sliced onion and stir-fry for a minute.
Add the asparagus and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until it is tender-crisp. Taste and adjust the seasoning accordingly. Enjoy!

Use fresh asparagus for the best result. Asparagus should be firm and wilted. The color should also be bright green.
